Life is sometimes a puzzle you can't solve alone. I ​try to partner with people and help them unlock ​their full potential across Self, Health and Wealth. ​I'm not a psychologist, business guru, wellness ​coach or a financial expert, but rather an ​accountability partner and advisor for both ​businesses and individuals. I try my best to share ​my own experiences, and give people I talk to the ​frameworks they need to solve their problems. ​I've helped dozens of early to mid-stage startup ​founders, professionals and other individuals ​unlock their potential.
I've been part of many speaking engagements throughout my career including workshops, webinars on HCM, talks on various developmental topics, keynotes as a chief guest to colleges, TEDx (click the image to listen to talk) etc.
Aside from the serious stuff, I've performed stand up comedy (read:roasts) in office events, because I enjoy laughing at the Kafkaesque monotony of corporate life :)

I was previously the Joint Secretary of the DA-IICT (my Alma Mater) Alumni Association for many years and additionally was a member of the university's IQAC (Internal Quality Assurance Cell).

I've spent my 10,000 hours in Human Capital Management Consulting specializing in Talent Management (Recruiting, Performance Appraisals, Talent Development and Planning, Learning etc.) with a deep Industry Expertise in Higher Education (I've also worked on Oracle Student Cloud), Retail, Professional Services, Oil & Gas, etc.
Over the past 9 years, I've trained many hundreds of freshers and laterals in both technical and functional consulting (for Oracle's Taleo & Fusion suites), have designed solutions for dozens of customers spanning 19 countries (and many industries), and contributed to multiple internal assets. I've led an HCM practice comprising of over 700 consultants and also acted as an Offshore Delivery Head for a region. I've been given some great opportunities and I've wrested each one with the enthusiasm of a 4 year old on a sugar rush (without the crash). I believe am fairly equipped to help with any HCM related questions you may have.
